REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The cost of the conference is $50 per delegate, including chaperones.

The fee includes the conference, the festivities at Hyles-Anderson College on Wednesday evening, and five meals: pizza on Tuesday, as well as lunch and supper on Wednesday and Thursday.

There is a $10 discount per delegate for those who register in April and a $5 discount per delegate for those who register in May.

There is a $10 registration fee per delegate, which is part of the total cost.

Payment for all delegates registered must be paid at time of registration.

The balance is due by Wednesday, June 27.

Group registration requires number only, not names; forms for individual delegate information will be e-mailed to the group leader with the receipt.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

All sessions will be held in the Jack Hyles Memorial Auditorium.

The conference will begin at 6:00PM on Tuesday, July 17.

Wednesday evening will include food, games, and fireworks on campus of Hyles-Anderson College.

The following competitions will also be held on the college campus that evening.

-Boys’ Preaching

-Group & Solo Singing

-Boys’ 3-on-3 Basketball

-Solo Piano

-Girls’ Volleyball

There is a flat fee of $25 per church, regardless of number of competitions selected.

Only one entry per category from each church is permitted.

All competition entries must be preregistered by Wednesday, June 11.

No teams will be permitted to enter a competition at the conference.

TRANSPORTATION & LODGING

Those attending must provide their own transportation and accommodations.

Space in the dormitories at Hyles-Anderson College is offered on a first-come, first-served basis while space is available.

The cost to stay in the dorms is $7 per person per night.

One adult chaperone of the same gender for every seven teenagers is required to stay in the dorms.

The dorms are available Monday through Thursday night.

If your group will be traveling in by airplane or train, we will be glad to meet you upon request and transport you to First Baptist Church.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The conference will end after the evening service at approximately 9:00PM on Thursday, July 19.

Teenagers must be going into the seventh grade or higher to attend the sessions. Nurseries and childcare are not provided.

Young men are not permitted to wear warm-ups, shorts, or tank tops at any time. Young ladies are not permitted to wear pants, walking shorts, or sleeveless or see-through tops at any time. The dress code for the sessions at the church is casual “Wednesday night church” clothing, but no blue jean material for men and ladies. Blue jeans and blue jean skirts/culottes are appropriate to wear at the college on Wednesday evening.
